Please note that the shelving is a Zinc Plated Finish and any food or liquid spills on the shelving must be cleaned immediately. The shelving can only be cleaned Neutral in PH soapy water to avoid any chemical reactions with the zinc plated surface. Some foods can be acidic and cause a reaction with the zinc plate so should be cleaned immediately.
