Introducing our durable and versatile Longspan shelving, the ideal solution for any storage needs. With a safe working load of 600kgs UDL per shelf level and a maximum bay load of 4000kgs, this shelving unit is built to last.


The beauty of our Longspan shelving lies in its adjustable design. The hole positions at every 50mm make adding custom fittings incredibly easy, allowing full customisation to suit your unique storage needs. This makes it the most versatile DIY shelving system available, ensuring you can maximise your storage space.


To maximise the benefits of our Longspan shelving, be sure to check out our range of Louvered panels and Parts Bins. These can be easily added to your shelving unit to further enhance your organisation and storage capabilities. We also offer Add on bays and shelf levels for those requiring even more space. Package Includes: 2 x frames assembled, 6 x beams, 3 x particle boards and all hardware for assembly

 

Note: Each level includes board supports for additional reinforcement, applicable to depths of 800mm, 900mm, and 1000mm, placed roughly 600mm apart.

Support quantities per level are as follows:

For 2400mm depth: 5 supports per level
For 2100mm depth: 4 supports per level
For 1800mm depth: 4 supports per level
For 1500mm depth: 3 supports per level
For 1000mm depth: 2 supports per level

Overall measurements 2000mm high x 1620mm wide.

Available depths include 450mm, 600mm, 800mm, 900mm and 1000mm

 

Our long span shelving has a safe working load of 600kgs UDL* per shelf level and a Maximum bay load of 4000kgs

 

*Each shelf level is designed to support a maximum load of 600 kilograms with a Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). When loading the shelves to their maximum capacity, it is essential to evenly distribute the load across the entire shelf level, including its supporting beams. We recommend following these guidelines to maintain optimal safety and performance.
