Our shelves boast a safe working load of 250kgs UDL* per shelf level and a maximum bay load of 600kgs. Featuring hole positions at every 50mm, customisation with additional fittings has never been easier, making it the most versatile and adjustable DIY shelving system on the market.

*Each shelf level is designed to support a maximum load of 250 kilograms with a Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). When loading the shelves to their maximum capacity, it is essential to evenly distribute the load across the entire shelf level, including its supporting beams. We recommend following these guidelines to maintain optimal safety and performance.

We endeavour to deliver the goods between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays and non-trading days)

A forklift must be supplied by the customer at the time of the delivery, unless stated/discussed prior and arranged by ReadyRack.

HAND UNLOAD

In accordance with OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is allowed on the ReadyRack truck.

Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please make sure you have at least two abled bodies to unload the truck.

We do not do curb side delivery/drop off. If your delivery arrives and there are no one/no abled bodies to unload the contents, our truck will return to the warehouse where the customer can collect or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
