Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and returned at the buyers expense. Please provide the receipt for proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@readyrack.net.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges and Refunds

Should ReadyRack accept the return of any standard stocked items, then a restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the list price on each item will be charged.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded by EFT requiring an email on official letterhead containing your account information, including the account number, account name, and BSB. Upon receipt of this information, and inspection of the returned goods, we will proceed with the refund process . Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Shipping & Freight Charges Policy
All shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. This applies to both the original delivery and any returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

 

Order Cancellations within 24 hours

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. A fee, amounting to 3% of the total sale, will be charged and subsequently deducted from the total to cover administration fees. Please refer to the restocking fee policy if the order has already been picked/ packed, dispatched or is cancelled after the 24-hour window.
