PICK UP
Pick up is available from our warehouse between 7:30am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays and non-trading days)
DELIVERIES
We endeavour to deliver the goods between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays and non-trading days)
A forklift must be supplied by the customer at the time of the delivery, unless stated/discussed prior and arranged by ReadyRack.
HAND UNLOAD
Per OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is permitted to board the ReadyRack truck.
Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please ensure you have at least two able-bodied individuals present to unload the truck.
Goods will be accessible from the side of the truck and can be unwrapped and unloaded individually.
We do not provide curbside delivery or drop-off services. If no able-bodied individuals are available to unload the delivery upon arrival, the truck will return to the warehouse. The customer will then need to either collect the goods or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
RETURNS
Should ReadyRack accept the return of any standard stocked items, then a restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the list price on each item will be charged.
Shipping & Freight Charges Policy
All shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. This applies to both the original delivery and any returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Order Cancellations within 24 hours
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. A fee, amounting to 3% of the total sale, will be charged and subsequently deducted from the total to cover administration fees. Please refer to the restocking fee policy if the order has already been picked/ packed, dispatched or is cancelled after the 24-hour window.
