Note: Each level includes board supports for additional reinforcement, applicable to depths of 800mm, 900mm, and 1000mm, placed roughly 600mm apart.

Support quantities per level are as follows:

For 2400mm Wide: 5 supports per level

For 2100mm Wide: 4 supports per level

For 1800mm Wide: 4 supports per level

For 1500mm Wide: 3 supports per level

For 1000mm Wide: 2 supports per level

Note: Each shelf level is designed to support a maximum load of 600 kilograms with a Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). To maintain safety and optimal performance, always distribute the load evenly across the entire shelf surface and its supporting beams. Follow all usage guidelines when loading shelves to full capacity.

We endeavour to deliver the goods between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays and non-trading days)

A forklift must be supplied by the customer at the time of the delivery, unless stated/discussed prior and arranged by ReadyRack.

HAND UNLOAD

In accordance with OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is allowed on the ReadyRack truck.

Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please make sure you have at least two abled bodies to unload the truck.

We do not do curb side delivery/drop off. If your delivery arrives and there are no one/no abled bodies to unload the contents, our truck will return to the warehouse where the customer can collect or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
