Please note that processing time refers to when your order leaves our warehouse, not the delivery time.

Order Tracking

Bulky & Heavy Items
Some ReadyRack products are classified as bulky or heavy items and may:

Require forklift access or tailgate delivery (where applicable)

Be delivered to a commercial address where possible
If special delivery requirements apply, this will be noted during checkout or confirmed after purchase.
Authority to Leave
If you select or provide authority to leave, ReadyRack and its delivery partners are not responsible for loss or damage once the item has been delivered to the nominated location.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of checkout. ReadyRack is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
