*Each shelf level is designed to support a maximum load of 250 kilograms with a Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). When loading the shelves to their maximum capacity, it is essential to evenly distribute the load across the entire shelf level, including its supporting beams. We recommend following these guidelines to maintain optimal safety and performance.
Deliveries
Hand Unload
- In accordance with OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is allowed on the delivery truck.
- Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please make sure you have at least two abled bodies to unload the truck.
- We do not do curb side delivery/drop off. If your delivery arrives and there are no one/no abled bodies to unload the contents, our truck will return to the warehouse where the customer can collect or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
