The ReadyRack Mezzanine Roll Over Gate is designed and Certified to Australian Standards AS1657-2018 to provide safe pallet loading access at mezzanine floor level while maintaining full edge protection.

This new and improved roll over gate features a dual-plate safety system that ensures one side of the opening is always protected. When the front gate is lowered for pallet loading, the rear guardrail automatically lifts, preventing fall risks at the mezzanine edge.

Engineered from heavy-duty steel with reinforced rotating frames, this unit is built for warehouse environments requiring reliable, compliant access control.

Ideal for warehouses, factories and distribution centres where pallet movement to and from mezzanine levels is frequent.

A forklift must be supplied by the customer at the time of the delivery, unless stated/discussed prior and arranged by ReadyRack.

In accordance with OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is allowed on the delivery truck.
Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please make sure you have at least two abled bodies to unload the truck.
We do not do curb side delivery/drop off. If your delivery arrives and there are no one/no abled bodies to unload the contents, our truck will return to the warehouse where the customer can collect or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
