Each level includes board supports for additional reinforcement, applicable to depths of 800 mm, 900 mm, and 1000 mm, placed roughly 600 mm apart.

Support quantities per level:

· 2400 mm wide: 5 supports per level

· 2100 mm wide: 4 supports per level

· 1800 mm wide: 4 supports per level

· 1500 mm wide: 3 supports per level

· 1000 mm wide: 2 supports per level

Our long span shelving has a safe working load of 600kgs UDL* per shelf level and a Maximum bay load of 4000kgs

*Each shelf level is designed to support a maximum load of 600 kilograms with a Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). When loading the shelves to their maximum capacity, it is essential to evenly distribute the load across the entire shelf level, including its supporting beams. We recommend following these guidelines to maintain optimal safety and performance.

If shipping is not available to your Postcode at checkout, please select Request Quote and we will get back to you with a quote for delivery.

We endeavour to deliver the goods between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays and non-trading days).
A forklift must be supplied by the customer at the time of the delivery, unless stated/discussed prior and arranged by ReadyRack.

In accordance with OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is allowed on the delivery truck.
Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please make sure you have at least two abled bodies to unload the truck.
We do not do curb side delivery/drop off. If your delivery arrives and there are no one/no abled bodies to unload the contents, our truck will return to the warehouse where the customer can collect or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
