Package Includes: 4 x frames 2000mm high x 600mm deep assembled, 24 x beams 1500mm wide and 12 x particle boards and all hardware for assembly
Note: Each level includes board supports for additional reinforcement, applicable to depths of 800mm, 900mm, and 1000mm, placed roughly 600mm apart.
Support quantities per level are as follows:
For 2400mm depth: 5 supports per level
For 2100mm depth: 4 supports per level
For 1800mm depth: 4 supports per level
For 1500mm depth: 3 supports per level
For 1000mm depth: 2 supports per level

Our long span shelving has a safe working load of 600kgs UDL* per shelf level and a Maximum bay load of 4000kgs
*Each shelf level is designed to support a maximum load of 600 kilograms with a Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). When loading the shelves to their maximum capacity, it is essential to evenly distribute the load across the entire shelf level, including its supporting beams. We recommend following these guidelines to maintain optimal safety and performance.

Deliveries
Hand Unload
- In accordance with OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is allowed on the delivery truck.
- Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please make sure you have at least two abled bodies to unload the truck.
- We do not do curb side delivery/drop off. If your delivery arrives and there are no one/no abled bodies to unload the contents, our truck will return to the warehouse where the customer can collect or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
