Weight Loading for Columns

2400mm high columns - max load per column with 700mm deep arm = 2600kgs
2400mm high columns - max load per column with 900mm deep arm = 2100kgs
2400mm high columns - max load per column with 1200mm deep arm = 1700kgs

3600mm high columns - max load per column with 900mm deep arm = 2800kgs
3600mm high columns - max load per column with 1200mm deep arm = 2200kgs

Each 700mm arm has a UDL of 600kgs  (not exceding the max load per column)
Each 900mm arm has a UDL of 480kgs  (not exceding the max load per column)

We endeavour to deliver the goods between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays and non-trading days)

A forklift must be supplied by the customer at the time of the delivery, unless stated/discussed prior and arranged by ReadyRack.

HAND UNLOAD

In accordance with OH&S and ReadyRack policies, no one is allowed on the ReadyRack truck.

Our drivers are not required to hand unload. Please make sure you have at least two abled bodies to unload the truck.

We do not do curb side delivery/drop off. If your delivery arrives and there are no one/no abled bodies to unload the contents, our truck will return to the warehouse where the customer can collect or reschedule delivery at their own expense.
